About

Though I hadn't received a formal education in fashion illustration, it was something I'd always been fascinated by. After a mini-course in fashion illustration at Parsons Paris one summer, I was hooked.

I started this blog to share some of my illustrations and style inspiration, as well as some of the projects I've been working on. I work mostly in art markers and ink pens, and like to experiment with other mediums as well for a combined, dimensional effect. What I love about fashion illustration is that it can be intentionally exaggerated, a bit dramatic, and I like to approach my drawings in that way.

I currently live in San Francisco, California, and enjoy traveling every chance I get.
If you have any inquiries or would like to work together, please email me, I'd love to hear from you!

xo, Anum

  12. Just found you. Love your work. I took a workroom sketching class at a local college and have become addicted to drawing and now pinning illustrations such as yours - the girly, whimsical ones are my fav. Appreciate when you show the palette (e.g., feathers) that may have inspired a designer's creation.
